Unforeseen Circumstances Fund
Kirkland’s Tourism Development Committee has created the Unforeseen Circumstances Fund to provide an opportunity for organizations wanting to bring their tourism event or program to Kirkland that were not able to participate in the traditional funding cycle the prior year and are unable to wait until the next funding cycle.
