Community Visioning: Why you should get involved
Visioning is looking ahead to the Kirkland of the future.  The visioning process was held in the fall of 2013 and involved hundreds of community members.  The revised Vision Statement to be contained in the Comprehensive Plan.  The Vision Statement reflects the desired character, values and characteristics of a community and sets the framework for the Plan.

Over several months in mid-2013, community visioning sessions were held with neighborhood associations, business groups and citizens who attended Community Planning Days.  Visit the "Learning Center" to view the visions of community members for Kirkland in the year 2035.
