As part of SRM Development’s public improvements (PDF) to the Cross Kirkland Corridor (CKC), a temporary detour on the CKC is in place through Saturday, April 11, 2015. This Temporary Detour will allow crews to build the permanent trail’s first 100-foot concrete section. That section will be 16 feet wide and will eventually run the full length of the SRM improvements. After April 11, 2015, CKC users will be able to use this section of permanent trail from Lakeview Elementary School to the south entrance of Google’s existing campus until SRM completes the remaining improvements.
