kids in costumes Trade your old costumes for ones that are new-to-you! Donate costumes, masks, and accessories at Kirkland City Hall the week of September 25-29. Then, complete the swap by selecting a donated costume at City Hall on Saturday September 30! The event is fun and easy – it’s not an exchange program where you must bring in a costume to get one, but residents are encouraged to donate if you’d like to take a costume too. Give what you can, and take what you need.
